Strategy Development

At Finish Line, we recruit only the best.  Our capture consultants work in a challenging and fast-paced project environment with the world's leading companies. 

Finish Line hires both full-time consultants and part-time consultants or contractors that work on an hourly or project basis.  We offer packages that exceed industry norms because we hire only the best and invest in long-term relationships.

Full-time employees

  • 100% of the premiums for health, dental and vision insurance
  • $500 per month for those who choose to opt out of insurance
  • 3% of salary 401(k) contribution with immediate vesting

Part-time employees
Partial benefits eligibility including a prorated contribution to insurance premiums or monthly stipend for those who choose to opt out, depending on hours worked

Contractors

We pay twice a month – no waiting for the client to pay us before you get paid
